1 sugar cube
1 shot glass pomegranate juice
3-4 oz. Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine – very affordable)
Pomegranate seeds for garnish
1. Put the sugar cube in a champagne flute and cover with the pom juice.
2. Pour the bubbly over it, garnish with the seeds, and drink up!
The pomegranate seeds are also great with grain salads, Brussels sprouts, or anywhere you need a crunchy tang and a bright splash of color. Yum!
