Chicken Taco Salad
Ingredients:
Salad
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce or combination of, chopped
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
4 ounces jack, cheddar cheese or combination of, shredded
Dressing
equal parts ranch dressing and salsa of your choice, combined
Garnish
1 bag tortilla chips, guacamole, salsa, sour cream
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients in large bowl and toss.
2. On a large platter, mound tortilla chips and pour salad over chips.
3. Pass small bowls of guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
