Chicken Chop-Chop Salad
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
½ napa cabbage, chopped
1 head romaine, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch red radishes, thinly sliced
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup chow mein noodles
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients in large bowl. Dress with any of your favorite Asian-style dressings.
Chef’s Secret:
Teriyaki sauce thinned with a splash of vinegar and oil makes a great dressing!
