Grilled Chili Rellenos
Ingredients:
6 poblano peppers
1 can kidney beans, drained
8 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
ΒΌ cup salsa
2 teaspoons chili powder
Instructions
1. Cut a slit lengthwise in each chili and remove ribs and seeds.
2. Combine beans, cheese, salsa and chili powder.
3. Stuff peppers.
4. Grill on medium heat turning frequently, until soft and cheese has melted.
