Al's Fredo
Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine
1 ½ sticks butter
1 cup whole milk
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
2. Return pasta to pot. Over low heat add butter and milk and toss until butter is melted. Add cheese and toss until melted. Salt and pepper to taste.
Try adding fresh herbs or steamed asparagus for a great addition to this classic sauce.
