Quality Meats & Seafood

Once upon a time the Maine lobster was considered of food of the lower class. These crustaceans were so plentiful, that one could wade about three feet into the wtaer and bag enough to feed a family of four nearly every night of the week. It wasn't until WWII and lobster rationing that the common lobster started to become a symbol of status and luxury.

Today, the lobster has held onto it's reputation of being a luxury item and is found upon the menu of fine seafood restaurants.
